What stage does my film have to be in to apply?

Filmmakers should: 

  • Have a feature-length film at advanced rough cut stage;
  • Be gearing up to submit to film festivals with Summer & Fall 2019 submission deadlines, with the intent to have a world premiere in Winter & Spring 2020.
